Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify and measure workplace factors that influence employee creativity and long term work intention in Ho Chi Minh City. Data were collected from 264 employees working in private enterprises, using a quantitative approach with the structural equation modeling method (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings reveal that four workplace factors including workspace, innovation culture, support from leaders and colleagues, and incentive and reward mechanisms positively affect creativity. Among them, incentive and reward mechanisms have the strongest influence and also exert a significant direct impact on long term work intention. Creativity serves as an important mediating variable between workplace factors and employees’ long term work intention.
