Abstract
Health insurance is one of the most important social security policies of the Party and State, with humanitarian significance and profound community sharing, a main pillar of the social security system, contributing to the implementation of social progress and equity, ensuring political and social stability and socio-economic development. The health insurance fund contributes to the goal of social equity in people’s health care, making an important contribution to the implementation of the Party and State’s policy of socializing health care. The article focuses on clarifying the current status of health insurance expenditure management in the period of 2021-2023, and at the same time pointing out the limitations and causes. From there, propose a number of solutions to strengthen the management of health insurance expenditure at Thai Nguyen Provincial Social Insurance until 2030.
