MEASURING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNICATION ON STUDENTS’ LEARNING AT AN GIANG UNIVERSITY

Abstract
The goals of the study were to (1) identify the factors influencing students’ learning effectiveness through social media communication, and (2) assess how effectively students at An Giang University learn via social media. A convenience sample of 225 students from An Giang University was selected for the study. The data were analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and Cronbach’s Alpha reliability analysis. The findings indicate that social media communication positively affects communication effectiveness and enhances student learning efficiency at An Giang University. Key factors include current usage, attitudes, perceptions about social media, reasons for choosing particular platforms, and students’ adaptability.
