FACTORS AFFECTING THE BEHAVIOR OF PEOPLE USING ONLINE PUBLIC SERVICES IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors affecting the behavior of people using online public services in Ho Chi Minh City. Research data was collected from 948 people performing transactions at administrative agencies in People’s Committees of 22 Districts, Ho Chi Minh City; of which 911 observations were valid. The analysis methods include testing the reliability of the scale, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), correlation analysis, regression analysis, and model fit test. Research results show 03 factors affecting the behavior of people using online public services in Ho Chi Minh City: Effort expectations, performance expectations, and risk perception. From the influence of these factors, the authors recommend a number of solutions to help increase people’s uses of online public services in Ho Chi Minh City.
