Abstract
Inclusive growth is an approach, a perspective on growth. Accordingly, the growth process can create equal opportunities for everyone to participate and enjoy the results of the growth, leaving no one behind. From the analysis of the current situation, the article has pointed out a number of problems in implementing inclusive growth in Vietnam in recent years, such as: Vietnam’s growth in recent years has been mainly based on capital; the quality of human resources is still slow, there are many shortcomings in education and training; The medical system is cumbersome and has many shortcomings. On that basis, the article proposes some recommendations to better implement the inclusive growth model in Vietnam in the coming time, such as: accelerating industrialization and modernization in the agricultural sector and rural areas, improving the quality of human resources, fundamentally and comprehensively renovating and rapidly developing education and training, strongly developing the medical sector, improving the quality of people’s health care, protecting and improving the quality of the environment.
