Abstract
Throughout the period executing the Party’s renovation policy since 1986, especially since the Investment Law, the Enterprise Law of 2014, Vietnamese enterprises have profoundly developed and have achieved great results with impressive figures. The number of newly established enterprises, the number of enterprises returning to operation, the number of non-state enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises have been increasing annually, while the figure for state-owned companies has experienced a downward trend. With the results achieved, the bright prospects of Vietnamese enterprises in the next years are likely to be confirmed. This article aims to helps readers understand the development of Vietnamese enterprises in recent years.
