Abstract
Mathematics and economics are closely related. From basic economic models, economists will take on mathematical models and use mathematical tools to work out solutions to economic problems. This article will focus on some basic economic models and apply dynamic equilibrium analysis methods with math tools which include the differential equations to analyze those models. As such, this paper may help readers understand some economic issues that serve as the foundation for continuing the self-comprehension of econometric models.
