Abstract
The study aims to build a set of criteria for scoring corporate governance of Vietnamese enterprises, based on the components of corporate governance. The corporate governance score is used in many studies of the relationship between corporate governance and corporate performance. Through the overview of theories, empirical studies on corporate governance and performance, and the context of Vietnam, the corporate governance score of Vietnamese enterprises is measured through 8 contents with 21 measuring items. The corporate governance score of each enterprise has a value from 0 to 21, which represents the overall corporate governance strength of each enterprise, higher values indicate stronger corporate governance.
