Abstracts
Through the survey of 276 employees of commercial banks in Danang city, this study has applied the foundational theories and the literature to analyse factors affecting the work engagement. Combining basic analyzes in quantitative research such as Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient, explanatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, linear regression model from SPSS software. The results show six factors affecting the work engagement of the employees of commercial banks in Danang city, in which training and development has the strongest impact; followed by salary, bonus and welfare policy; Nature of work; Relationship with leaders; Exchange and communication of information and Relationship with colleagues.
