Abstract
In recent years, the socio-economic situation of Bac Ninh province has had many positive changes due to the impacts of the industrialization process. However, this process causes unemployment rates to increase. On the basis of using a number of research methods (questionnaire survey method, in-depth interview method, statistical-comparative method), the article focuses on analyzing the current situation of job creation for employees in Bac Ninh province (a case study in Yen Phong district) over the past time under the influence of the industrialization process. Thereby, some solutions have been proposed to improve job creation for workers in Bac Ninh province in the near future.
