Abstract
This study has identified the factors affecting patient satisfaction about the quality of medical examination and treatment services by health insurance at the General Hospital of Pho Yen City, Thai Nguyen province, thereby proposing some solutions to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment services with Health Insurance at this hospital, contributing to improving patient satisfaction in order to reduce the burden on upper-level hospitals.
