Abstract
At the present, Tuyen Quang takes a great interest on forestry companies in the province for the purpose of making forestry a leading economic sector. For these companies to operate most effectively, human resources development should be given top priority. This paper examines the human resources situation and human resources development of Son Duong Forestry Limited Liability Company and includes some assessments on the human resources development of the company.
