Abstract
In the context of fierce competition in banking industry, the improvement of customer service quality is an indispensable activity of each bank in order to expand market share and improve profitability. Military Joint-Stock Commercial Bank, Thai Nguyen Branch (MB), since the first days of its establishment, has made incessantly efforts to become a leading joint stock bank in the province. Grounded on relevant studies on customer services, this article aims to propose possible solutions to enhance the quality of customer services at Military Joint-Stock Commercial Bank, Thai Nguyen Branch.
