ANALYSIS FOR DETECTING EARLY SIGNS OF ENTERPRISE’S FINANCIAL CRISIS AND BANKRUPTCY – A STUDY AT TNG INVESTMENT AND TRADING JOINT STOCK COMPANY

Abstract
In nearly 3 years, the Covid-19 global pandemic has greatly affected the production and business situation of most Vietnamese enterprises. Many enterprises fell into a financial crisis, worse than bankruptcy. Therefore, the analysis to detect early signs of enterprises’ financial crisis and bankruptcy will help businesses promptly avoid potential financial risks that may occur in the future and provide reasonable solutions out of the crisis. Two methods commonly used to analyze and detect early signs of enterprise’s financial crisis and bankruptcy are Z-score model and and William Beaver’s method of evaluating each financial indicator. In this article, the author applies those methods to analyze and detect early signs of financial crisis at TNG investment and trading joint stock company. Thereby, the author proposes some effective solutions to help the enterprise get out of the financial crisis.
