Abstract
In the context of the 4th industrial revolution, many high technologies have been applied in the development of high-tech agriculture to create high-class products with high added values. On the basis of the achievements of the industrial revolution 4.0, and high technology applied in agriculture, the authors analyze and evaluate the current situation of the application of technology 4.0 and high technology in the development of high-tech agriculture in Hung Yen province, thereby recommending a number of solutions to develop hi-tech agriculture in the province in the coming time.
