Abstract
The development of technology in the era of Industry 4.0 has put pressures on the workforce in general and the accounting-auditing professions in particular. It has opened up a new trend in training the accounting-auditing workforce to meet new needs in the Industry 4.0 era. On the basis of collecting information from relevant studies, combined with actual surveys from recruiters’ requirements for job vacancies related to the Accounting – Auditing professions, this article aims to reseach the applications of Industry 4.0 technologies in the Accounting – Auditing field and the level of application in Vietnam today. Thereby, the author will give some requirements on knowledge and skills that accounting and auditing human resources need to be equipped to meet the strong development of the 4.0 revolution.
