Abstract
This paper presents the basic contents of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology about ethical standards of public services “industriousness, thrift, integrity, honesty, justice” and the practices of ethical standards by civil servants in Thai Nguyen city. Thence, some solutions for the implementation of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology in the construction of ethical standards in public services “industriousness, thrift, integrity, honesty, justice” for civil servants in Thai Nguyen city are recommended. The findings of this study provide more scientific and practical foundation for building ethics of civil servants in Thai Nguyen city.
