Abstract
An economy will be developed and be towards to sustainability when it has growth of business activities of the companies and the effectiveness in the operations based on their assigned functions in public units. Whether private sector or public sector is, all areas have to determine the objectives that should be achieved in present and future; but they must not affect to natural environment and the society. It becomes ever more important when the public entities have also held to operate a number of sectors and industries related to environment, climate, and resources that private sector is not allowed to manage. To adapt in the global integration, the public sector should apply and orient to requirement of social responsibility to ensure effectiveness in their operation. Therefore, the application Corporate Social Responsibility Model into public sector organizations is inevitable because the last point of this model reaches is transparency, accountability and fair to environment. By means of analysis and synthesis of scientific articles, the main purpose of this paper is to introduce of this model in specific conditions at public units, which introduces the impact factor and principles for application.
