Abstract
Through the study of the legal framework on forced labor, the paper analyzes some of the remaining issues in current regulations, including the Labor Code and related documents. Thereby, some recommendations and solutions to the reform and improvement of regulations on forced labor are proposed. The study employs the methodology of dialectical materialism, Ho Chi Minh’s Ideology. In addition, the study uses a combination of a number of research methods, including primary data collection, secondary data collection, analytical method, synthesis and comparison method.
