Abstract
Compulsory social insurance is one of the important social security policies in our country. Over the past years, compulsory social insurance has ensured the benefits of millions of employees, and brought a stable source of income to the State budget. This paper analyzes the management of compulsory social insurance collection in Bac Kan city for the period of 2018 – 2020. Using methods of comparison and descriptive statistics, the results show that the management of compulsory social insurance collection in the city has obtained certain achievements. The number of employers and the number of employees participating in social insurance are relatively stable, the revenue from compulsory social insurance has increased. However, the management has also revealed certain limitations such as: some employees have not been participated in social insurance, the social insurance fees for many employers are not in accordance with regulations, social insurance arrears still recur. From that situation, this paper has proposed a number of solutions to improve the management of compulsory social insurance collection in the city, including solutions to the planning, collection management; debt management; inspection and supervision in the field of social insurance, and some other support solutions.
