Abstract
Social insurance (SI) is an integral part and the most important part of the social security policy system of each State. In particular, voluntary social insurance (VSI) has created conditions for all employees to have the opportunity to get access to the social insurance system, contributing to reaching the goal of universal SI. In Phu Luong district, VSI has been widely deployed in the whole district and achieved some positive results, the number of participants of VSI has increased continuously over the years. However, the development of the number of participants in VSI still has many shortcomings. The article focuses on evaluating the results of the implementation of the development of participants in VSI in Phu Luong district in the period of 2018 – 2020, then proposing solutions to further developing participants in VSI in Phu Luong district in the period of 2021 – 2025.
