Rants by consumers in Thai Nguyen city

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the factors affecting the choice of fast food outlets in Thai Nguyen city. A survey was conducted among 200 customers, aged 15 to 40. This study deploys Cronbach’s alpha testing method, factor analysis EFA, and regression analysis. The research results show that there are 8 main factors influencing consumers’ choice of service. In particular, the strongest influence on the choice of consumers is the food and hygiene. Price does not affect their decision, as prices between stores are of no significant difference, and the higher living standards induce consumers pay more attention to the factors of quality and food safety
