Abstract
This research was conducted to measure the factors affecting the satisfaction of patient’s guardians at the Pediatrics in Thai Nguyen A Hospital and thereby to propose some solutions to enhance the satisfaction and improve the quality of health services. Based on theoretical frameworks combined with survey results on 267 respondents who are the family members of the patients receiving treatment at the Pediatrics in Thai Nguyen A Hospital using SPSS software, the study has identified eight factors affecting the satisfaction, including: Reception, Facilities, Medical Equipment, Doctors’ Care and Examination, Nurses’ Care and Examination, Fees, Administrative Procedures, and Information.
