Abstract
This study uses data on import-export turnover of Bac Ninh province in the period 2010-2019, using quantitative analysis of time series. It analyses the current situation of turnover and resources for the production and exporting of key goods, and the management and development of export activities. The study also identifies, measures and analyzes factors affecting imports and exports in the locality. It presents 5 groups of policy implications to develop both import and export resources, to improve production and exporting efficiency in the international context combined with difficulties and limitations in exporting the province’s key products.
