Abstract
Based on the survey results of business operations of nine listed cement companies on the Hanoi Stock Exchange during the 2009-2015 period, this study was aimed to evaluate the financial situation of listed cement companies on the Hanoi Stock Exchange. By means of comparative analysis, the quantitative approach in statistics shows a decrease in long-term assets and profitability, an increase in the size and composition of short-term debts, and outstanding loans, low solvency, mismatched business characteristics. Addressing this situation, appropriate measures are necessary to improve the financial efficiency of the listed cement companies.
