Abstract
Developing bank card services is a priotized strategy of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thai Nguyen Branch (Thai Nguyen BIDV). In recent years, Thai Nguyen BIDV has continuously improved the quality of card services and has retained the largest market share in Thai Nguyen. However, the quality of card services of the branch still has some limitations that need improvements so that BIDV Thai Nguyen continues to gain larger market share in this area. This article shows the quality of card services of Thai Nguyen BIDV and proposes some solutions to improve the quality of card services.
