Abstract
This paper used economical maths models, specifically, the regression model using data tables to assess the actual contribution of labor to production and business efficiency of the enterprises in Thai Nguyen province. The data were collected from the survey of enterprises in Thai Nguyen province, comprising of N = 544 enterprises, with T = 6 through years of observations in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014. Based on the findings, the paper proposed some recommendations to improve labor efficiency of the enterprises in the province in the coming period.
