Abstract
In this article, the author analyzed the experience of China, South Korea and Singapore in providing compensation when the government acquires land. From the experience of these countries, the author made recommendations for the completion of compensation regulations in Vietnam to ensure the rights of land users, contributing to the socio-economic development of the country.
