Abstract
The article refers to the current situation of creating working motivation to employees at Lao Cai VNPT? There are still shortcomings: Determining the needs of workers is unsystematic, assessing the level of work completion is only based on the form, there is no specific document specifying the roadmap for promotion of employees. Therefore, there should be solutions to adjust the way of determining the needs of workers, completing the reward and welfare policies, building working environment and corporate culture, strengthening measures to stimulate employees’ morale … to create motivation for employees in VNPT Lao Cai in the future
