Abstract
E-banking is widely applied in the modern society, and is specially concerned and supported by society. The increasing knowledge level of the population in developed industrial areas is the premise for e-banking services to thrive. The goal of banks when providing e-banking services is to modernize products and services, bringing a new technology application in payment, and creating utilities for customers. This study focuses on analyzing the development of e-banking services of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam branches in Bac Ninh in terms of scope, quality, and customer satisfaction, thereby proposes solutions to bring the affiliates’ electronic banking services to a new development step.
