Abstract
This study aims to show the impact of the factors affecting customer service development at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Thai Nguyen Branch (BIDV Thai Nguyen). Data sources of this study is through the survey of 200 customers using modern banking services in Thai Nguyen province. To process the collected data, the authors use the method of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22.0 software. The research results point out that the factor convenience has a great influence on the development of modern banking services at BIDV Thai Nguyen. This is a difference from previous studies on the development of modern banking services. It is also a suggestion for the branch to pay attention to meeting customers’ needs, thereby helps to maintain and expand the market share of modern banking services.
