Abstract
The results of evaluating people’s satisfaction is the important basis to improve quality of local public administrtive services. The authors selected Tam Nong District, Phu Tho Province to provide the public administration government in Tam Nong District a theory and a method of evaluating people’s satisfaction about the quality of local public administrative service, which is suitable to the local context and situation. After analysising regressions, the model is proved to be appropriate. The result shows that five factors that infrastructrue, staff competence, procedures, results of administrative procedure settlement, and petition mechanism affect people’s satisfaction with the public administrative services in Tam Nong District, Phu Tho Province. The result suggests managers in Tam Nong district, Phu Tho province suitable solutions to improve people’s satisfaction as well as the quality of local public administrative services.
