Abstract
The paper aims to evaluate the current situation of environmental expenditures in Bac Ninh province over a period of 5 years from 2013 to 2017. This research employs secondary data of the decision namely “Approving the settlement of the budget of Bac Ninh province” by the People’s Council. With the use of methods like descriptive statistics, comparisons, experts interviews, the results indicate that there are several shortcomings of environmental expenditures such as lower expenditures in comparison with the actual requirements, limited expenditures sources, inefficient management, low efficiency, etc. The paper recommends effective implications for Bac Ninh province to enhance efficient usage of environmental expenditures in coming years.
