Abstract
In the process of development and international integration of our country, together with the completion of the socialist-oriented market economy, the system of policies and laws on retirement shall be renewed, amended and supplemented. The creation of a legal corridor has created important conditions for the stabilization of life for vulnerable people in the old age, affected in the process of industrialization of the market economy. The article addresses some of the limitations of retirement legislation, such as the retirement age, pension insurance premiums, etc. Based on the findings, the paper makes some suggestions to improve the law on retirement.
