Abstract
The paper uses both primary and secondary data to analyze and assess the situation of managing social insurance collection from non-state enterprises in Yen Bai province. In addition, the author also analyzes the factors affecting the management of social insurance collection from this kind of enterprises. This is an important basis to see the advantages and disadvantages of social insurance collection management from non-state enterprises in the province. The research results show that the most important factor affecting the management of social insurance collection is the awareness of regulations and benefits when participating in social insurance of employees and employers. Besides, the size and profitability of enterprises also directly affect the management of social insurance collection in the area. After assessing the situation, the author proposes a number of policy suggestions to enhance the management of social insurance collection from non-state enterprises in Yen Bai province in the near future.
