Abstract
Higher education is currently considered as a type of service in which the higher education institutions act as the providers and the students are the customers. Therefore, higher education institutions are put under the pressure to adhere to the principles of modern quality management with great focus on the students. This study was conducted with a survey of students at 7 member universities of Thai Nguyen University, using some analytical techniques such as Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficients Analysis and Exporatory Factor Analysis to find out factors affecting the students’ satisfaction with the support services at Thai Nguyen University. The measurement tool used in the research was the HLI index. On the basis of the results, members of Thai Nguyen University are expected to have an overall plan for the improvement of student services in order to better meet the students’ demands and improve their satisfaction.
