Improving the quality of credit services is always the central task of commercial banks and Agribank – Dong Hy district branch in the context of fierce competition. This research focused on assessing the quality of credit services for households through five elements of the SERVQUAL model of Parasuraman, including: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibility. Thereby, the paper analyzed, evaluated the actual situation, and identified the constraints and causes of quality constraints on credit services to production households. Based on the results, the paper suggested some solutions to improve the quality of credit services for production households of Agribank – Dong Hy district branch in the near future.
